Over the years, many quilters and art quilt enthusiasts have inquired about my techniques for wave piecing, color selection, and working with fabric and thread options. In this session, I'll teach you how to make a curved wave pieced quilt, which is easier than you might think. You'll piece, quilt, and bind your way to a lovely mini wave pieced quilt measuring 40 x 30 cm to take home. Curved piecing may appear daunting at first glance, with those flowing lines suggesting the need for special rulers, perfect templates, and a large array of fabrics. The good news is that wave piecing is easier than it seems. Creating a curved wave pieced mini quilt is an excellent way to master this technique, as the size is manageable. During the workshop, you'll complete a quilt measuring about 40 x 30 cm. Once you grasp the basic method, you can easily expand it into wall quilts, art quilts, table pieces, or larger quilt tops. I'll guide you through the entire process, from planning your waves and selecting colors, sewing the curves, quilting the surface, and finishing the edges
