This is an intuitive slow stitch guide where I take you on the journey of my flow creation. It is beginner friendly and it is a downloadable PDF file. I include a pattern but you can also work without it. The pattern is a framework for a slow stitch journey.
Just a slow dance with the fabrics and threads, listening to the music in your mind. Building textures and shapes where the feeling takes you, using fabrics, threads and beads.
Slow stitching encourages a different way of thinking. Instead of rushing to finish, you learn to appreciate each moment.
The PDF includes detailed instructions, but does not teach the basics of how to do stitches.
I provide links to stitch and fabric embellishment technique libraries that I have created for additional inspiration.

Materials you will need
Embroidery cloth 30 x 30 cm
A selection of scrap fabrics in the colors of your choice
A 6 inch or 7 inch embroidery hoop
A selection of small plastic beads in the colors of your choice
A selection of Poly-cotton or polyester sewing thread, as well as a selection of embroidery floss of your choosing and a selection of sewing and embroidery needles
