Alongside my slow stitch work, I have been developing a series of quilt patterns that can be adjusted to various sizes. The Sunrise Patterns are already online here These patterns offer flexibility for quilters who want to customize their projects. My next pattern in this series is called Mediterranean Summer. Unlike the slow stitch pieces, this version is designed for machine sewing, making it accessible for those who prefer working with a sewing machine.

Creating beautiful quilts, and for me teaching the techniques is an ejoyable creative journey. Recently, I took on the task of designing a paper pattern for the Wave Sunrise Art Quilt. Many of my students, who know the Wave Landscape Patchwork technique, have requested a paper pattern. They want to replicate the same design while trying out various color combinations - hence the need for a pattern which can be repeated.

This time I want to create a wave sunrise pattern. Pieces of paper and measurements that anyone of any skill level will be able to use to create a beautiful wave landscape,

Each quilt represents not just a project, but a personal story woven through the strands of fabric. The sewing studio has transformed into a vibrant gallery of colors, where each piece shines with its unique character.
